JNova IT Solutions (JNova-IT Solutions) is a software development and digital services company based in the Philippines. It was founded by husband-and-wife team Justine and Noreen, professionals with more than 7 years of experience in their fields who have run multiple businesses together for years, to create work for fellow Filipinos and help businesses grow with fair, affordable pricing. Justine, a full-stack developer and former lead developer, has delivered projects for businesses across multiple countries. JNova offers website design and redesign, custom website, WordPress, Shopify and e-commerce development, web application and mobile app development, search engine optimization (SEO), AI search optimization (AEO and GEO), online reputation management, business process automation, custom AI chatbots, and website hosting and maintenance. JNova serves local Philippine businesses and international clients in the United States, Australia and the European Union, and works across all time zones.
Our story
JNova IT Solutions began with two people who love building things together. Justine and Noreen are a husband-and-wife team who have worked side by side for years, running and growing multiple businesses as partners. Along the way they learned what every business owner eventually discovers: good technology, fair prices and people you can trust make all the difference.
Both are professionals with more than seven years of experience in their fields. Justine built a career as a full-stack and lead developer delivering software for clients in different countries, while Noreen brings her own professional expertise and years of hands-on experience running the businesses they manage together. JNova brings those two strengths into one company.

Justine is the co-founder of JNova IT Solutions and a full-stack developer with more than 7 years of experience. Before founding JNova with Noreen, Justine served as a lead developer and delivered software for businesses in different countries and industries around the globe.

Noreen is the co-founder of JNova IT Solutions and a professional with more than 7 years of experience in her field. For years she has worked alongside Justine running multiple businesses, and she brings that hands-on business experience to every JNova client relationship.
Why we built JNova
Justine and Noreen started JNova with two goals. The first is to create meaningful work for fellow Filipinos. The Philippines is full of talented developers, designers and digital specialists, and every project JNova wins is an opportunity for Filipino professionals to build their careers at home while serving clients around the world.
The second is to help other businesses grow without overpaying. Having run their own businesses, Justine and Noreen know how hard it is to find digital services that are both high quality and affordable. Too many owners either pay premium agency prices for work they cannot evaluate, or settle for cheap websites that are slow, insecure and impossible to rank. JNova closes that gap with fair, transparent pricing, including flexible monthly plans, and the same engineering standards used on large international projects.
